Design opinion please

Overall, the design is nice and the site loads fast and is functional. I think the home page should have a short blurb about what the site is about — when someone lands there for the first time, they might not know what or how it works. So a short description would be useful and MORE welcoming to users. As is, it’s kind of like, “huh? what is this and how does it work?” Users will not generally stick around if they don’t get it right away on the first page/click.

Second, you need someone to edit and proofread your content. There are many English errors…in usage, grammar, punctuation. That gives a very poor and amateur look to the site.

It’s an interesting concept — good luck with it.

WPyogi I really want to thank you for making the time to take an in-depth look at my site. I thank you also for the honesty in your reply.
I will be implementing the short blurb very shortly and get somebody to proof read my writings from now on. I do question weather my “down under” Australian way of speech might account for some of the usage and grammar that you speak of, but thank you so much anyway. Typically I have been an SEO guy for a music store in Australia for some time but I wanted to see if I could get a site of my own going and reap some of the benefits of my SEO knowledge for myself.
