    Hi Stephanieliy.,

Can I get an any update regarding my queries. It’s emergency please.

    Hi @creativebrahma,
I’ve been testing to see if I can replicate what you are seeing, but I haven’t been able to so far. Because we are looking at a styling issue, I’m confident this is related to Elementor and/or your theme, and we have a couple ways to check this.

First, I would recommend disabling Elementor to see if that clears things up. If it does, there is some configuration in Elementor that may need adjusting. Right now your form is loading into both the head and the body of the page, and it should only be loading in on the page itself.

If disabling Elementor doesn’t clear things up, you’ll want to try switching to the 2020 theme (this is very specific, it must be the 2020 theme), and give things another look. It’s possible your theme is being aggressive with styling and loading your form in incorrectly.

If you want to just skip ahead past the testing, you could use CSS to hide the header so that form doesn’t show. Not a “fix” exactly, but it would save you the testing time.

Give this a look and let me know what you find. If you have any questions in the meantime, just let me know!

    Hi @creativebrahma,
It’s been a bit since I’ve heard back, and I know troubleshooting and testing can sometime need a little extra time. I’m marking this as resolved for now, but if you still have questions you can create a new ticket right here and we’ll be happy to give things a look. Have a great day!
