Design is not stretching to fit content in sidebar… help?

I have a new blog I’m working on designing, and there is one bug I haven’t been able to figure out yet. (And so far, only one… yay!!)

The issue is the right sidebar. It is fine on the homepage. But if you drill down to a page with no comments (and hence, less content) you’ll see how the content below the wine bottle pokes below the page footer.

I thought maybe I should include the sidebar content in the footer file, but I’m not sure it’ll work. This design is based on the “grass” theme, and the right sidebar is actually listed before the left and center columns, and moving makes it all squirrelly.
