    Hello!
I try to import design on server local (EasyPHP), but on this page i have the text:

There was a problem with getting a list of available Designs for import. This can happen for several reasons:

Our server could be down. To verify this, check if you can open this URL https://api.apollo13.eu/file_sender/definitions/rife-free_demos_definition.php. If it opens, then our server works well.
Your server does not recognize our SSL certificate. Typically, upgrading the server PHP version to version 7.X solves the problem.
Your server is blocking our website by a firewall or something similar. You could ask your server admin to add our demo data server to the “white list”: https://api.apollo13.eu/file_sender
If this does not solve the problem, please contact us.

Is it possible to download the design from the site and to put it in the folder of the theme?

    Hello ??

There is no way to import Design another way than by using importer, sorry.

If this happens it is usually the issue with SSL certificate recognition.

Have you tried the proposed solutions?
    What is your PHP version?

    With kind regards.

    Hey ??

If you are not sure how to upgrade PHP version on your localhost then maybe better idea would be to develop on an online server? There you usually get admin panels to manage such things.

How to change the PHP version is dependent on the Environment you are using, so google around is the best advice I could give you currently.

    With kind regards.

Sorry to hear that. If you are ever on some online server, I hope you will give it a try again.

Unfortunately, I can not do much for SSL certificate recognition from my end.

Wish you all the best with your work.

    Hello,
i found solution, mayby it will be useful for someone,
i had to activate php_curl.dll et php_openssl.dll ( to remove “;” before these lines in file php.ini) and now it works!)))

    Wow, that is great!

I will check this out on my local installation, and if I will confirm this, I can add a check for that and instruction for this in theme.

    Thanks for sharing!

    Hey again ??

In my tests on PHP 7.2 if either of those extensions is active, then importer works fine.

However, if both extensions are deactivated in php.ini, then importer fails.

Thanks once again for this post. I will work on adding such info to the importer in case of failure.

    With kind regards.

    Hey!
maybe it is only Easyphp myadmin problem because it is desactivated by default

There is a huge chance for that, however, it may happen also on some of the public servers, where someone disabled these core extensions by mistake. I heard about it in the past, but thanks to you now I know what could cause this ??

    With kind regards.
