thanks for your message and for the details provided. Unfortunately, the link you’ve provided is not reachable as you’ve probably enabled the “Construction” mode on your website, so we’re actually not able to see the page.
Nevertheless, VikBooking use the WordPress editor set as default (which may be the WordPress integrated one or an editor that comes from another plugin) to save the text inserted as “Room Description”: we cannot tell if you’re actually using the WordPress integrated one or not, but VikBooking do not apply any kind of HTML filtering or parsing when you save the text nor when it gets printed in front-end.
In some cases, the responsible of this issue is the theme that parses the description without parsing newlines correctly.
You should try to add in the Room description the <br>
tag, so that the newline should be printed correctly.
