Description tooltip on hover over title

Hi – I just came across your plugin and love what I see so far. Thank you very much! Would it be possible to have the description display (in the form of a tool tip including image) when I hover over the title? You would have a setting that would allow you to strip to the number of characters such as the Strip Title Description or Strip Description where you could input number of characters for hover description.
