Description textarea visibility hidden

    Hi there,

    Just installed your plugin, but for some reason on the Create New Ticket form the Description textarea has visibility: hidden, and so is not displaying (see code below) I haven’t changed anything in the code or the settings.

    Can you help??

    Hi

    It could be a js conflict with other plugin you have installed, please deactivate all installed plugins and try to use WP Support Plus, again activate those one after another to detect which only making WP Support Plus non-functional.

    Please note as you are a paid user you can create a ticket on our site.
