Description of the review doesn’t show

Hi there and thank you again for your great plugin.
I’m trying to install the plugin on a new website https://www.colis-express-74.fr/ (see at the bottom).
But only the title shows up. No description and no date.
The code is : [site_reviews schema=”true” pagination=”ajax” count=”3″]

I have the same code on this website https://www.taxi-sante.fr/ (see at the bottom) and it works perfectly.
