Description of stars – there should be a space

Hello, if we turn on the description of the stars when hovered, the view moves by the appearance of a line with the description.

It is worth adding some permanent access there – one that does not change the layout when you hover over the star – it does not move the line. This means that when we hover over a star, the description appears by moving the field, for example the results or the button for sending (confirming) the rating.

That is, some persistent div that is always waiting for the star description to be highlighted. And if someone doesn’t use description highlighting, the div space is still empty.
