description of pages in pagelink list

hey guys,

has anybody an explanation how to add little descriptions next to the pagelinks in the pagelink-list. it should look like the navigation on this site on the left: https://www.arte-esferapublica.org. so just a word next to my pagelink. right now im generating the pagelist like this:

<?php wp_list_pages('exclude=15&sort_column=menu_order&title_li='); ?>

i already used the search – but with no success.

my skills in php are VERY limited – i just managed to install the blog on our server and make some small configurations in php but for more my knowledge is too basic.

please please please, i would be so happy for any help.
