Description of my website is from the template

I use Innovation Lite template. My website description is “Innovation Lite Responsive. The Color changing options of Innovation Lite will give the WordPress Driven Site an attractive look. Innovation Lite is super elegant …” I don’t know how to change it. I installed Yoast, and I changed everything where it says description, I added meta name description tag to the header, but it still displays this. What should I do?
