Description not showing on ticket or in email

Hi,
For some reason the default description section is no longer showing in support tickets or in the emails we receive. So if someone completes this field the details are not transferring to us. All other fields are fine. Please could you advise?
We have all the newest version of WordPress/your plugin and have tried deactivating plugins to find issue but nothing is working. This did used to work before.
