description not showing

    Hello I recently set up a this plugin and there is the problem where description in lightbox is showing only on some images. On other images there is wrong text. On the link which I set there are 6 images on top of page and wrong text is on first and on last two images. In gallery widget on page there are other texts. I tried to deactivate other plugins and also updated all plugins, theme and wordpress. In case if it will help I will provide You the login details to my page. I tried also to clear brawser cache.

    Hi @kardosradovan,

    We are sorry but checking the gallery page you’ve mentioned it doesn’t appear that any of the images display any captions in Fancybox. Perhaps you’ve done some alterations in the meantime?

    I’d also double check to ensure that the captions were added to description field of the images within “Manage Galleries”. Fancybox cannot display the images title captions.

    I set description to the first image in gallery on https://www.smalldarling.ch/zu-verkaufen/

    but other text is showing under the image. There is showing name of different image, description for this image is “test”

    Thanks for your reply. Agree, this doesn’t look to work as it should. Could you please let us know if you’ve tried to test if the caption displays properly with a different lightbox effect such as SimpleLightbox?

    It may also worth checking for a theme conflict by temporarily switching to a theme from the Twenty series to see if that’ll change anything.

    Hello I tried also SimpleLightbox and twenty seventeen theme but the problem did not changed. If it will help I can provide You login credentials to website if it is possible to send private message.

    Hello. I tried theme twenty seventeen and also SimpleLightbox. It did not help to resolve the problem. is it something else to do? If it will help I can provide You login credentials to the site. If it is possible to send private message here.
