Description not rendering

The description of each attribute isn’t showing up, even though they are set in the attributes section.

There’s also an annoying text box that seems to do nothing to the left of the dropdown. I’ve tried to hide it in the CSS, but I can’t find the relevant class or ID to target it.

Can you help with either of these issues?
