    Previously, I was able to add a product description, but now this field has disappeared (screenshot attached). How can I fix this issue?

    Hello @2001kyb it’s most likely you have an app or a theme conflict here. Best to deactivate each app one by one testing and refreshing the product page backend until you see it display. Then you’ll know which app it is.

    Always try switching over to a default theme real quick to save you time though before you start just in case it’s in the theme.
