    Hi Woocommerce

    I wanna find out why in WordPress shop are some of the products descriptions displying as html code instead of just text?

    I want to find out how to rectify this….

    I have site in maintance mode so will just copy and paste for you how it comes out:

    <UL style=”list-style-position: inside”>

    • Mitred corner</FONT>
    • Aluminium frame 39mm wide</FONT>
    • Spring action frame</FONT>
    • Quick and easy Poster display change</FONT>
    • Mounting screws and wall plugs included for single sided Poster Frames only</FONT>
    • Non-reflective media cover supplied. </FONT>
    • </FONT>

      That displys on description of prodcuts and is what viewers see

      Please advise

    annoying now when I posted it here then its shopwig points but on site its displayed as a paragraph.

    <UL style=”list-style-position: inside”>

    • Maximum size of Poster Frame: A4.</FONT>
    • Ideal for counter displays.</FONT>
    • Recommended for single sided Poster Frames only.</FONT>
    • Poster Frames sold separately.</FONT>
    • Can only be used with Poster Frames.</FONT>
    • I hope it displays as paragraph now

    Hello @jesslucyg,

    Thanks for contacting us about the HTML code displaying on the page. Can you share images of what you see, please? I recommend https://snipboard.io to create easily sharable screenshots. If you go to that URL, it has instructions on how to take the screenshot and upload it. You can share the link it creates in your reply here.

    I suspect that HTML code was added to either a non-HTML block (if using the Block Editor) or it was added to the “Visual” tab of the Classic Editor when it should be added to the “Text” tab. I hope this helps! If you have any further questions please feel free to reply to this message and I will get back to you.
