Description disappeared

    That’s unusual – have you tried swapping themes as a test? Perhaps something like Storefront.

    I just tried with Storefront and I get the same issue – works with simple products but not variable???

    Very strange. Any other ideas?

    Ok update to the ticket.

    It’s not all products – and its not just not showing on the page – it has disappeared from the back end too – but only from some products – as has their category. No idea what has happened. I have backups – but which bit do i restore to get my products back???

    Hi @kinecky,

    Have you tried disabling all plugins (except core WooCommerce)? I am wondering if you have some kind of plugin conflict? It’s really odd that it’s disappeared from the backend as well!
