Description box doesn’t show up in the frontend

Hi. This is a great plugin. I only have one single issue: the description box doesn’t show up on hover nor on load ion the front-end. I don’t see any error in the console and I can’t guess what be the problem.
I’m using the fre version of the plugin with Leaflet maps.
Can you help me on this?
