Description and Title fields in the Add Listing page

Hello.

Got a couple of questions:

1.) I know that I cannot change the language of the Title and Description fields in the Add Listing page. But which template can I find this so that I can change it directly…?? e.g. instead of it saying “MyGym Title”, I want it to say “MyGym Name”.

2.) If I have a link/URL field in the Add Listing page, how can I prepopulate the field to show “https://”…??? Now, even if I add it to “Default Value” it is not showing up on the front end.
