Description and email not passed to authorize.net

When processing a transaction, the email and description are not passed to Authorize.net. When that happens there is no real world identifier in the Authorize.net CIM. all we have it a customer ID that has not reference back to woocommerce. When you receive 100+ orders a day that makes it very difficult to put a woocommerce order with a authorize.net CIM record.
How can this be resolved?
