Description

Check for any odd characters in the description (apostrophes, &, #, ! etc). This is a current limitation which will be fixed in next release.

If that doesn’t solve it, please post a link to your site here so I can check it out.

I’ve got the same issue here I have stripped out all the ‘odd’ characters apart from full stops but the description doesn’t render.

Same issue for me….just bought the pro version and you can see one implementation here. No odd characters (though I’d like to use some…) but no description in playlist.

I checked your site and if I put text in the description <p> manually in my element inspector the description shows fine… this rules out conflict in the CSS preventing it showing, and shows it is possible for the data in that field to render properly on the front end… so now we just need to work out why the data in the field is not being pulled in…. It really does look like the same error I’ve seen before with odd characters… please can try putting in something really really simple like just one word no characters of any kind just plain letter only?

And also it occurs to ask… are you using standard english? (not some other utf charset or another language)?

thanks for the reply. i tried using the word “test” (without quotes). still nothing. i looked and didn’t see where to check the language. we are using the latest wordpress 3.5.1 I believe. thoughts?

Just bought your plugin. Having the same issue. Has this been resolved? I have tested with just really simple text ie. This is test and not working.
