desc and asc events are not working

  • I have a event list that will not show the next scheduled event. I can only get it to show the next three events see below:

    [event_list id=”1595″ title=”” team=”1506″ league=”51″ season=”43″ venue=”0″ status=”future” date=”w” number=”3″ order=”DESC” columns=”event,teams,time,venue” show_all_events_link=”0″ align=”none”]

    Below is what should work but does not. It takes me to the very last event date, which is July.

    [event_list id=”1595″ title=”” team=”1506″ league=”51″ season=”43″ venue=”0″ status=”future” date=”” number=”1″ order=”DESC” columns=”event,teams,time,venue” show_all_events_link=”0″ align=”none”]

    If I change DESC and ASC nothing happens. I have checked all the individual event dates. Can someone please assist me with configuring this problem. The events I want to show are all scheduled, not published. I have even gone in and changed the order (ASC and DESC) in the event calendar which is the event schedule.     @laneboswell Try setting status to “publish”. This will query the published events ??

    I do not want published events. I want scheduled.

    Can you please respond asap. I cannot post any upcoming scheduled games besides what is in this week. date=”w” status=”future” only posts the next three. I want to show all scheduled games. When I put the proper code in it does not respond to ascending or descending order and only shows the events scheduled latest and not earliest or any games in-between. Thanks!

    Hi!

    Where in your site can we see this in action? Maybe it’s something we can fix in another way.

    Also it’s worth trying to disable all your plugins

    Its viewable on the far right hand side bar under the homepage headline “Next Game”. But this issue happens for any of the event lists. Right now I have it set to display the events in a week, but I would like to display the next 3 future scheduled events. See image below:

    Did anyone ever find a solution for this/ I am having this same problem.
