Des Navigation Tree…Internal Server Error

I installed and loved the pugin.
Now accessing any page with it makes Internal Server Error
The error is removed by removing [dexs_toc]
It appears to start happening after I installed NextGEN Gallery (not sure)
I tried different things, nothing woks for me.
I created two identical test pages the first one with [dexs_toc] and a second one without.
