    Two weeks ago I upgraded to the Pro plan at OptinMonster, which was billed correctly. Unfortunately, my account still shows “Free” status, which means I am unable to add my second site.

    This is very frustrating for me as I urgently need the Pro plan to continue my work and the situation has been going on for two weeks now. And now I am being charged another 7 dollars and probably a subscription. Please take care of my request immediately.

    I would like a prompt solution to this problem and would be grateful if you could let me know where and how I can get quick support to resolve the issue.

    Hi @tanjaromano01 ??

    It sounds like you may have a paid and free account with OptinMonster under separate email addresses.

    Would you follow these steps to resolve:

    1. Log out of your OptinMonster account
    2. Log back in at https://app.optinmonster.com using the email address associated with your paid account
    3. Log into the WordPress admin of your site
    4. Navigate to the OptinMonster > Settings page
    5. Select the Disconnect button to remove the current connection
    6. Then select to connect to an existing account from the same page
    7. Once connected, check that the plugin is reflecting the correct account and plan
