Dequeue script and css if plugin not used

    Is it possible to dequeue scripts JS and CSS on pages on which filters are not available ?

    Plugin scripts JS and CSS are loaded everywhere, even if the filters are absents. For example, a legal terms page

    ok thank you for clarification, could you tell me in which page you want the script and the css? Or better could you tell me where the filters are present? So we can send you a code to dequeue everywhere exctept in the page where the filter are present.
