Depressing assistance

After 2 years of using Bookly by my client, unpleasant problems occurred with google calendar and its synchronisation with the plug. This inconvenience has been blocking my client for 2 weeks now, and he can no longer use the service.
I contacted the helpdesk, where only one person out of several was able to give me some guidance and tried to solve the problem, which then occurred again.
Currently my customer cannot use the plug to make appointments, the staff’s replies are really embarrassing and occur too many days later.
I believe that if a person pays for an application, they should receive intelligent support, especially when it is created to facilitate work and not to play with it.
Receiving answers such as ‘this is a simple problem, restore the connection and everything will be back as before’ are very unprofessional.
