Hello, I need help, the event’s list works in older version, but not in 6.10.2, can you help me with this? The link also is not working in template customisation. Deprecated: Function tribe_get_view( $view = false ) is?deprecated?since version 6.0.0! Use of this method without a defined $view will be completely removed soon.?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @johnronniel ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Starting with version 6.0 of The Events Calendar, legacy V1 views and functions have been removed (see Prepare your Site for the Removal of V1 Legacy Views). This means that if you have made some template customizations using the V1 legacy views, those will no longer work and will likely end up in some undesired behaviors on the front end.

In that regard, I recommend renaming (or removing) the tribe and/or tribe-events folders in your theme’s folder (wp-content/themes/your-theme-folder) to get your events archive (or calendar) working.

Thank you for your response, but I am not seeing any “Use updated calendar designs” text in Events -> Settings -> Display.

I get this working, the issue now is that the datepicker filter is only showing a caret? Is there a fix to that? Thanks

    Hi @johnronniel ,

Thank you for your message, and I’m glad to hear you were able to sort this out.

Could you provide some illustrated screenshot or screen recording of the date picker filter that are referring to here?

Hi. It is different now, I only saw Upcoming plus caret.

    Hi @johnronniel ,

Thank you for your message and the screenshot.

The Upcoming and caret “button” is a default behavior.

But it is not showing any date picker after I clicked it, and also after I filter in month or days, the header search is changing by only svg

    Hi @johnronniel ,

Thank you for your message and the clarification.

I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue here. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
    2. Switching to the Default theme.

Please read the Testing for Conflicts Article before doing anything.?

To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

Turns out the culprit is the jQuery. This is resolved.

    Hi @johnronniel

Thanks for your confirmation and I’m glad that it is now working.

If you have some time to review, that would be amazing!
