I am updating a clients website and getting the follow errors when updating Custom-Twitter-Feeds-Pro.

The Deprecation messages are showing on the front-end.

I have not found any conclusive solutions to these issues. I have put in a support ticket but have had no response.

I would appreciate any help and clear steps on how to repair code in the php files or guidance on if rolling back is a better option. I have some working knowledge of php and can make updates but I have less experience on how database/server connections work-so any specifics would be very helpful. Thank you so much!

    Hi @melindakozel,

Thank you for contacting us! Unfortunately due to policies of the www.remarpro.com forums, we are not able to provide support for our Pro plugins here, but we’ll be happy to help with this. I checked our inbox and see that we received a support case from you and sent a response on the morning of February 7th. Could you check if that might have been caught in a spam filter? If not, please let me know and we’ll start a new case and send you an email directly.

Apologies for the inconvenience and we’ll look forward to assisting further with this issue.

    Best regards,
    Louis

It was in my spam folder. Thank you! I will reply to the email to confirm where to place that bit code.
