deprecated.php Error

    I am getting on odd error on my word press site. The error first appeared after a recent failed word press upgrade. My research then told me to do a manual upgrade, there was a word press article for this and it actually solved the problem for a few days.A couple of days later the error is back:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare debug_fopen() (previously declared in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/re/ne/ga/renegadesounds.co.uk/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php:1133) in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/re/ne/ga/renegadesounds.co.uk/public_html/wp-includes/deprecated.php on line 2883

    The website address is https://www.sinfiction.co.uk – any help would be great as I urgently need this site up and running!
