Deprecated syntax

    Hi,

    I’m having an issue with the latest free version of SportsPress.

    When WP_Debug is on, there are several warning messages:

    Deprecated: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is deprecated in ...\wp-content\plugins\sportspress\includes\sp-formatting-functions.php on line 192

  • Can you provide the theme you are using, as well as list the other plugins you have installed?

    It happens with every theme including default ones.
    And even when only SportsPress plugin is installed.

    Thankfully they are only Warnings, and should not have an impact on using the plugin. I’m sure you’ll get more detailed answers from a SportPress support team. In the meantime, you should be able to setup and use the plugin without issue.

    This issue is already solved with a patch that will be included in the next update.
