Deprecated: Required parameter $menu_title follows optional parameter $str in C

    in my live website your plugin is working fine, also in an localhost installation on Ubuntu 20.04. But when activating it on a localhost website in xxamp in win10 It produces this warning in the backend:
    Deprecated: Required parameter $menu_title follows optional parameter $str in C:\xampp\htdocs\w3punkt\wp-content\plugins\hackrepair-plugin-archiver\includes\options.php on line 16
