That’s not an error, but a warning. The plugin is telling you that you should be using wpp_get_mostpopular() instead. All you need to do is update your sidebar’s code by replacing get_mostpopular() with wpp_get_mostpopular().

Since the get_mostpopular() function can be place anywhere on your theme, it’s hard to tell. However, I’d start by looking at sidebar.php and footer.php.
