Deprecated Message

  • Hello,
    I’m getting the following message on top of my page. “Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /home8/travenf3/public_html/wp-content/themes/limoncello/option-tree/ot-loader.php on line 369”

    What do I do???

  • Hi,

    Well the path of the php file shows that the site is using a theme called limoncello and that the error is in a file called ot-loader.php that is located in that theme. I would ask the developer of that theme.

    Deprecated means that a command/function in php has been replaced. So likely this php file is using some old php code that needs to be updated.
