Deprecated Error – can not log in

Hello Hello.

I wanted to work on my blog with a long over due update of wordpress.

When I go to the admin login page (https://www.drpokoly.com/wp-login.php), I get the following code (see below) on top of the page and I can not log in successfully.

Thoughts on how to solve this problem??
