Can someone explain this last item on the latest update?

    Changelog: 3.1 – 2024-07-17

DEPRECATED: Deprecated the billable invoice, credit card expiring, checkout express, checkout trial, and checkout free trial email templates along with their admin counterparts. #3032 (@MaximilianoRicoTabo)

We rely on these templates. Are they going away or no longer customizable?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

Those templates have been removed and the generic templates such as ‘checkout’, ‘invoice’ etc are used in their place.

Please advise which templates you are using that have been deprecated?

    Kind Regards,

@jarryd-long thanks for the reply. We’re using the “Paid Memberships Pro – Extra Expiration Warning Emails Add On” and have custom wrote three different custom “your membership is expiring soon” for 45 days, 30 days and 10 day intervals. Will this be affected with this recent deprecation change? Or is it just for expiring credit card templates only? Which we are using the system default for. We have an odd membership model that accepts both credit card payments as well as manual checks that members can mail in, which is what our “Extra Expiration Warning Emails Add On” relies on.

The Expiration Emails use a different template that will not be affected by the templates that have been deprecated.

We haven’t used the Expiring Card templates in a while as all payment gateways handle this (and the banks themselves).

    Kind Regards,
