Depracated argument in ‘has_cap’

    With debugging on I get the following notice on the dashboard.

    Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0.0! Usage of user levels is deprecated. Use capabilities instead.

    Not sure what the right fix for this would be… maybe exchanging those has_cap checks with current_user_can…
