    Hello, I have a problem with payments deposits. ?It?says?on?my?account?that Deposits Temporarily suspended, but I have no idea why or what information is missing. I had an order, and I need the funds to be deposited to?my?bank?account?so I can properly process it.

    I tried to create support tickets but got no response, for about a week now. Please help!

    Sorry to hear that deposits are temporarily suspended on your account. This is more of an account issue, hence your concern would be best handled here: Open a Support Request.

    You mentioned that you’ve already submitted a ticket, however, did not received any response yet. Can you please share the Ticket # you received in your email so that we could escalate your concern?

    Hi, there was a response yesterday. I was asked to confirm if your site was put on maintenance before your WooCommerce Payments account deposits were temporarily suspended?

    I replied with, “I put it on maintenance?because of this issue. As you can see, I had a previous?order back in September and I was able to deposit it just fine. Not sure what the issue is this time.?“

    Since then I tried to deactivate all plugins?except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Payment, made sure everything was up to date, and followed?the entire WooCommerce Self-Service Guide?to try and fix this issue.

    Nothing helped. It takes a long time to get responses. The request number is (5905131).

    Can you please help re-enable deposits on my account, my customer has already threatened?he’ll request a refund on the order. I need the money in my bank account to process the order!

    I’m encountering the same problem and it’s now Day 23 of my account deposits being suspended. The Accounts team informed me that they are unable to resolve the issue.

    As a result, I am forced to refund the money, process payments on another platform, and bear the cost of additional transaction fees, which is unacceptable for a payment platform. The financial loss is not the biggest concern; it’s the inconvenience and time wasted in correspondences with support trying and waiting to find a solution.

    This experience leaves me with no confidence in resolving the matter or using the product in the future.

    Details about individual WooCommerce Payments accounts are pretty sensitive in nature. While we’re happy to look into the issues with your particular account, it would be best handled privately.

    I have same problem with woocommerce payments, i have made test purchase and i can see money on my balance but my deposits are suspended. I have tried to connect bank account again but nothing changed, i have no information provided what is causing that problem.

    I have sent 4 emails in past weeks and no response. I have contacted stripe as well and they told me that everything is fine on their side.
