    Hi, Please help. I am new here and beginner to wordpress and woopayment. Deposit is temporary suspended. Why? I tried ordering to the website and the amount has been deducted to my account but the money was not deposited. Stripe does not tell me anything what is the issue.

    I’m sorry to hear that deposits are temporarily suspended on your account.

    I got to confirm from your comment here that you have already submitted a support request through WooCommerce.com > My profile > Support. Since this is more of an account issue, your concern would be best handled through our internal ticketing system.

    Please know that the Happiness Engineer team works hard to reply to all tickets quickly, but sometimes there’s a backlog that can take a bit longer. They will respond to you as soon as possible!
