Deposit payments set up for booking product

Hi,

I am using woocommerce booking plugin to manage our business: we sell excursion, tours and activity.

When we make a sell, we charge just a deposit to the customers and upon checking the woocommerce deposit extension, i realized that it is possible to manage just one type of deposit per product (fixed or %) but in some case we need to charge a different deposit (fixed amount) according to the ticket level, as for adults, child etc

Ex: boat trip

Adult ticket €100 – deposit €31

Child ticket €60 – deposit €11

Do you know if there is some option or configuration in the set up of the plugin I can use to manage and fix this issue? Or can you suggest a different plugin that can help for this?
