Deposit Keeps Failing!

    Hi there…

    I’m seeking assistance as I’m new to WooCommerce. I received my first sale at the end of February and have been paid by the customer. However, I can’t find any documentation regarding the payment process except that it says you need to wait 7 days, which has already passed. On the deposit dashboard, it initially said “paid” with a deposit date of March 11th, but then it changed to “failed”. After fixing the account, it showed a new deposit date of March 18th, but again it failed. Now it’s indicating March 25th for the deposit. Can someone help me with this?

    I understand you are receiving deposits in your store as a payment method, but one order deposit is showing as failed after the pending period of 7 days has passed, correct?

    If correct, as a first step, we want to understand your setup better and have more context to provide proper assistance.

    For that, kindly provide us the following:

    • Your System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, paste your response here.
    • Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce > Status > Logs?(if available).

    Hello Shammem,

    I’ve just submitted a support ticket. Regarding the deposit schedule, I had two pending payments marked as “paid.” However, they now show as failed once again thats all it ever does i have yet to be payed anything even though i have made sales! I’m incredibly frustrated. I attempted to resolve this by changing my banking information to USD, but it didn’t resolve the issue. Do you only work with specific banks? Mine is Tangerine in Canada, but perhaps that’s the problem. Please help!
