Deployment

Hi, I am building a page template that is essentially a user profile page that shows user fields as well as some linked custom posts that are 1 to 1 with the user record, using this plugin I am able to create the fields/forms but I am curious if there is a way to deploy the created forms from my local environment to a stage and prod environment. Or a way to import/export them at least? ACF allows me to deploy with a json file that syncs new custom fields was hoping there would be something similar for the ACF frontend forms – thank
