Dependencies -Required Fields

  • Hello,

    I am using the cff with WooCommerce to accept online payments since 2020 without any problem, Recently, I started taking the error (at least one required field is empty) when some required fields which are not enabled due to dependencies are not filled. Please note that nothing has changed in the form. It just stopped working.

    For example, the customer can choose if he is a presenter or attendee. In case he is a presenter a new field with the title of presentation is enabled and it is required. If he choose that he is an attendee, this field does not appear at all, but when he clicks to add the form in the cart, the error message appears.

    I contacted you but you asked me to pay in order to help me with this technical issue of the plugin. Anyway, maybe someone else form the forum who faced the same problem can help.
