Departmental listings not working

I’m setting up various departments and none of them are showing up in the URLs properly. I get “page not found” messages.
This works: https://chu.edu/directory//
and This works: https://chu.edu/directory/ibs573/
But this doesn’t work: https://chu.edu/directory/department/mba-coursesCan you help?
