Department Filter NOt working

  • I have used Greenhouse wordpress before 1 year but now department filter not working other filters are working fine i.e location_filter and job_filter etc.

    Could you please let me know about this.

    i have used below shortcode:
    [greenhouse url_token=”levelsolar” department_filter=”Marketing”]

    We recently released a fix for this, as someone else was having similar issues earlier. Are you using the latest version of the plugin (2.4.0)?

    The trick is to add a “|” after the department, like so:

    [greenhouse url_token=”levelsolar” department_filter=”Marketing|”]

    Ah, we can test this out and if the pipe is required, that is something that can be fixed.
