Department Field Remove

    Hi,

    Is it possible to remove the department field on the add ticket form? I couldn’t find any option in settings to remove the department or make this field optional.

    Hi,

    You can remove/unpublished it form fields page.

    Admin > Help Desk > Tickets > Fields
