    Great job with JS Ticket. But i have a challenge that is preventing me from using the plugin.

    How can I have the owner of the email mapped to a specific department to get a email notification when a ticket is logged to the department.

    Also for them to be able to access the ticket and close from front end.

    Without this, I cant use the ticket for anything, such great plugin.
