    Hello!

Does Denied status is useful for something? What changes for the user if we set Denied for his permission?

When I try to change for Denied the field still keep Pending status and it remains in the Pending Users page. I don’t know if that is working properly or something wrong on my site.

    Thanks.

    Hi @rafaelzrt,

    Thank you for writing in,

User status is the default feature of WordPress. If the author denies the user, they can not access your site, and it also shows a denied message when a denied user tries to login to your site. Pending stats users also can not login into your site, but it displays the pending message when a user tries to login into your site.

We are not clear with your requirement and the use case properly. If you elaborate more clearly, it helps us understand your need properly.

    Regards!

    Hello.

When I edit a User I can change their Approval Status: Approved, Denied, Pending.

But when I select Denied and Save, the status keeps in Pending. It doesn’t change. It looks to me that something is not working in my instalation.

I appreciate if you have any suggestions why this might happen. Thanks.

It seems that there is a conflict. Please check this documentation link https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/how-to-check-plugin-theme-conflict/ and follow the instruction kindly. This will let you know the cause of the error.

Let me know if it helps, and I will get back to you.
