Demos get stuck while installing

  • Hi,
    I was trying to install this store demo: https://store.oceanwp.org/. but when i click install it gets stuck.
    I opened developer tools to see what is happening. In the backend a request is sent to this link https://theprimetoys.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?_fs_blog_admin=true and after 1 minute it reponses with 504 error.
    Now when i refresh the stuck site and install the demo again, it gets installed but it messes up the entire demo pretty bad because now their are two installations of the same demo.
    I’ve been searching for a solution for days now but no solution worked.

    I think the problem is in freemius which is installed automatically with ocean extra plugin. And i cant disable ocean extra plugin because if i do that i wont be able to install the demo

    Hello,

    Try to reset the site using the WP-Reset plugin and import the demo again. You can’t import a demo on an existing demo.

    I’ve reseted the site multiple times and tried to import the demo but the same scenario occurs every time.
