    Yikes! I upgraded to version 2 and all my answers have now gone from the 1.2 version. Any ideas why. I even tried deleting and re-activating version 1.2 but no luck. It also looks as if the tables in the database show no answers.

    The plugin works just fine, except for one thing, validation.
    I have been looking through the plugin files but not being able to locate the & causing this error:

    Warning Line 172 column 49: cannot generate system identifier for general entity “dem_poll_id”.

    The error only shows when I allow users to add an answer.
