Demo post coming up in search results.

  • Hello
    I’m using Astra theme. The demo post is coming up in search results on Google with the ip address as url. I deleted it a long time ago (more than 2 months), but still it hasn’t been updated. There’s nothing on the website related to any post data but still, the demo post data is coming up in search results.
    (Search Khadi Destitute on Google.)

    Remove that URL via Google Webmaster Tools (aka, Google Search Console). If the page is no longer on your WP site, it’s an issue with Google, not WordPress. You might also want to submit a sitemap to Google so it does a better job of staying up to date with your site. (It doesn’t seem like you’re using an SEO plugin.)
